Each item from The Magnet Edit is individually made to order, with products personalised using your own photos or designs. Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind once your order has entered production.

We kindly ask that you take a moment to check your photos, designs and order details carefully before placing your order, as these will be used to create your finished products.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or isn’t quite what you ordered, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We’ll always do our best to resolve any genuine issues.
