How does the process work?

Choose your favourite product, select your quantity and upload your photos or design. Use the cropping tool to position each image just how you’d like it, then add your order to cart and checkout. From there, we’ll take care of the rest.
How long will my order take to process?

As each order is made especially for you, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production for standard orders, plus delivery time. During busy periods, turnaround times may vary slightly.

Bulk orders may require additional production time depending on the size and requirements of your order.

What type of photos should I upload?

For best results, choose clear, high-quality photos with good lighting. Original photos are always best where possible.
Will my photo be cropped?

Depending on the shape and size of your chosen product, some cropping may be required. Please use the crop preview when uploading your photo to make sure you're happy with the positioning before adding your item to cart. 

Please note: Our premium magnets are individually pressed, with a small portion of your image wrapping around the edges as part of the finished design. For best results, choose a clear, high-resolution image with faces and important details positioned away from the edges. 
Will the printed colours look exactly like my screen?

We take care to reproduce your photos beautifully; however, colours, brightness and contrast may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.
Do you ship Australia-wide?

Yes! We offer Australia-wide shipping, with a flat rate of $14 for orders under $75 and free shipping on orders $75 and over.

Standard delivery times apply once your order has been made and dispatched.
Do you offer local collection?

Pre-arranged collection or local delivery may be available for some Bundaberg customers. Please contact us before ordering to discuss a local option.
Do you offer bulk or business orders?

Absolutely. Our Bulk Edit is perfect for businesses, events, clubs and special occasions. If you have something particular in mind or require a larger quantity, please contact us.
Will you share photos of my order?

We love showcasing the beautiful products we create, but we understand that your photos are personal. We will only share photographs of your finished order where permission has been provided.
